Tummy Tuesday - Slop Slop Sloppy Joes

Whew! What a crazy busy day of meetings!! On days like today, I love nothing more than an easy, healthy, and quick dinner. Who am I kidding? I like that type of meal on any day but especially a day like today! Weight Watchers homemade Sloppy Joe recipe is beyond amazing!!

Weight Watchers Sloppy Joes - 6 points

Ingredients
1 lb meat
cooking spray
1 onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
8 oz. can tomatoe sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp Worcestire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

Cook meat and onion and drain. Return meat and onion to stove and add remaining ingredients. Cook for roughly 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
